James Beckwith is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Five Star Bank and its holding company, Five Star Bancorp. He came to Five Star Bank in 2003 with over 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Five Star Bank, James served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for National Bank of the Redwoods, in Santa Rosa, California. James graduated from San Francisco State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. James serves on the boards of Valley Vision, LEED (Linking Education & Economic Development), Sacramento Metro Chamber, and Community Bankers of California.

Eric Woodstrom joined Five Star Bank in December of 2006 as the President, Northern Valley Region in Redding California. He brings over 25 years of commercial lending and banking experience to Five Star Bank, the last eight years in Northern California as an executive officer of a Redding based bank. Eric leads Five Star Bank's expansion into the Northern end of the Sacramento Valley with the opening of a full service banking office during March of 2008 in Redding. He is active in the Redding community through involvement on various citizens committees, Redding East Rotary, youth/amateur sports organizations and Scouting. Eric is a Sacramento area native and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in financial management from California State University, Long Beach.

Jon Blackstad joined Five Star Bank in 2009 as the South Valley Region President. He is responsible for the development of business banking relationships throughout the Capital Region. He has more than 17 years of community banking experience working as Chief Operating Officer at Stockman’s Bank and, most recently, as Senior Vice President/Regional Administrator at PremierWest Bank which purchased Stockman’s in 2008. Jon sits on the Board of Directors at Capital Christian Center, the Board of Trustees at William Jessup University, the Board of Directors for Youth for Christ Ministries, and the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the National Association of Evangelicals. He is also a part of the Golden Empire Boy Scouts of America Golf Committee, the Breathe California Annual Holiday Fundraising Committee, and is an Honorary Board Member of the Sacramento Law Enforcement Chaplaincy.

Mike Lee joined Five Star Bank in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer bringing over 14 years of bank regulatory experience with the FDIC. In 2007, Mike transitioned into the position of Chief Credit Officer. He is responsible for all administrative functions related to lending. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Midwestern State University in Texas.

Krista Snelling is the Chief Financial Officer of Five Star Bank and its holding company, Five Star Bancorp. She came to Five Star in 2009 bringing more than 12 years of financial services and public accounting experience. Prior to joining Five Star Bank, Krista was the Chief Financial Officer of the Hanson McClain group of companies and was Senior Vice President, Controller of Placer Sierra Bank based in Auburn, CA. Krista also spent six years serving audit clients across multiple industries while working in the Sacramento offices of Arthur Andersen and KPMG. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Krista graduated from the University of California at Davis where she earned a Master of Arts in Economics and from the University of the Pacific where she earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Mathematics and Economics. Krista is a Sacramento native and serves on the board of reCREATE and is an active volunteer at a local elementary school.

Dyke Mundy joined Five Star Bank in 2009 as the Mortgage Division President. With more than 19 years of residential lending experience, Dyke’s focus is on originating residential loans and ensuring a smooth process for our customers. Prior to joining Five Star Bank, Dyke was Senior VP/Mortgage Banking Executive for Wachovia Bank, managing all aspects of their retail loan operations in Northern California, as well as Northern Nevada. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business administration, and a Master’s of Business Administration with concentration in finance. Dyke sits on the board of directors, as treasurer, for El Macero Country Club and is very involved in Davis youth sports.

John Shelby joined Five Star Bank in 2003 as a Business Development Officer specializing in commercial real estate lending. John has nearly 15 years' experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Five Star Bank he was with Sonoma National Bank. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Sacramento. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. John is a member of the Rotary Club of Sacramento, the Sutter Club, the Dante Club, Park Terrace and is a longstanding board member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and the Broker of the Year Committee (BOYA).

Mike Rizzo joined Five Star Bank in 2005 as a Business Development Officer. He is the driving force behind the bank's focus on Venture Banking. With 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Mike's focus is on venture-funded and angel-funded companies in technology, life sciences and clean energy. He enjoys helping clients realize their envisioned success. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Sacramento. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Mike serves on the board of SARTA, and is involved in several other groups in the capital region that support the emerging markets.

Stephanie McKay joined Five Star Bank in 2006 as a Management Trainee. Since then, she has gained experience in branch operations, loan file maintenance, commercial underwriting, and business development. She is now a Vice President, Credit Administrator, and assists with the administration of the Bank’s loan portfolio. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double concentration in Marketing and Management from California State University, Sacramento. She is also a graduate of Commercial Lending School hosted by California Bankers Association.

Matt Moseley joined Five Star Bank in 2009 as a Vice President, Loan Officer specializing in commercial banking. Matt has more than 7 years experience in the commercial banking industry and is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans and building deposit relationships throughout Northern California. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Simpson University, Redding, having graduated with honors. He is currently enrolled in the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Matt is a member of the Redding West Rotary Club and holds executive board positions on The Stirring Church as well as Providence International Enterprises.
