CDARS (Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service)
CDARS offers full FDIC insurance on deposit amounts larger than $100,000. Five Star Bank handles the placement of the funds through a network of community banks; you earn one rate on your entire investment, and receive one regular account statement listing all of your CDs.
NES (Nationwide Exchange Services)
NES is the Preferred Qualified Intermediary of Five Star Bank, offering timely, cost-effective 1031 exchange services to our valued clients. NES is a fully bonded and insured exchange intermediary. Please call your local Business Office when it's time to engage in a 1031 exchange.
