The health and safety of our customers and employees are our first priority and our thoughts are with anyone affected by the coronavirus.  Internally, employees are taking all customary and necessary precautions to avoid contracting an illness while ensuring the continued and sound operations of the bank. Your money is safe with Five Star Bank.

 

Is Five Star Bank open?

All Five Star Bank branches are open and fully operational, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  We encourage employees showing any signs of illness, or who have family members who are ill, to remain home until they are symptom-free.

How is Five Star Bank responding?

Five Star Bank is monitoring the situation in the communities we serve and following recommendations and guidelines from public health officials and local authorities.

What precautions are you taking in branches?

We are taking additional precautions by wiping-down bank teller areas and providing access to hand sanitizer.  We encourage our customers to conduct business with us via phone, online banking and mobile apps. If you need to visit a branch, please limit the number of people in the lobby to TWO.  We will help you navigate this request.

How will Five Star Bank let me know if there are any changes in access and services?

We plan to continue to offer full services to our customers.  We will communicate any changes in access to branches and services on our website and through our social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.
