Brian Toohey serves as Senior Vice President / Managing Director. Before joining Five Star Bank, he worked at Tri Counties Bank as a Relationship Manager in the Bay Area. For over 15 years, he has gained extensive experience working with Bay Area customers with commercial properties that include multi-family, office and construction. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from California State University, Chico, and volunteers his time with the local youth soccer and baseball teams.
