Cliff Cooper serves as Five Star Bank's Executive Vice President / Food, Agribusiness & Diversified Industries President. He has over 35 years of banking experience and served as Group Managing Director at BMO before joining Five Star Bank. Mr. Cooper enjoys being involved in the community and serves on the board of directors for the San Joaquin Business Council and is a member of the Enterprise Council for PRO Youth and Families. He has previously served on the board of trustees for the Gallo Center for the Arts and the board of directors for the Ronald McDonald House. Mr. Cooper is a proud Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum.
