Erik has 18 years of commercial banking experience, with a primary focus on professional service firms, non-profit organizations, and commercial real estate. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco where he was also a student athlete with the USF Men’s Soccer Team. Erik is an active Board Member of The Delancey Street Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping substance abusers, ex-convicts, and others who have hit rock bottom to turn their lives around; using a self-help “each one teach one” model, residents teach vocational skills, academics, personal and interpersonal skills, and social entrepreneurship to one another. Erik also sits on the board of Fondo Adelante, a certified Community Development Financial Institution based in San Francisco focused primarily on providing capital to Latino small business owners.
