Maurice Passley

Maurice Passley joined Five Star Bank as Senior Vice President / Managing Director. He has more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in loan production, deepening client relationships, and building high-performing portfolios across middle-market, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Mr. Passley most recently served as Vice President / Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach, where he provided tailored credit, deposit, and treasury solutions to his clients.

At Five Star Bank, Mr. Passley focuses on cultivating strong client relationships and delivering customized financial solutions that support long-term business growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Ottawa University. Mr. Passley currently serves as Board Vice President and Interim Treasurer for Cedar House Life Change Center and Community Family Guidance Center.
