Senior Vice President, Managing Director
Renzo Lujan joined Five Star Bank as Senior Vice President, Managing Director. He is part of Five Star Bank’s San Francisco Bay Area team. He came to us from First Republic Bank where he most recently served as Managing Director / District Manager where he specialized in working with nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, and professional service providers. He was one of the founders of First Republic’s Latino/a/x Employee Resource Group and most recently served as its President. He had been with First Republic since 2009. Prior to this, he worked with Citibank and Washington Mutual Bank. Mr. Lujan is passionate about promoting financial literacy, building strong, long-lasting relationships and building high-performing teams through mentorship. He is a seasoned banker with twenty years in the financial industry and ten years managing high-producing teams. He holds several licenses and certifications, including Management Accelerator (McKinsey & Company, 2022), Latino Board Leadership Academy (Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, 2021) and Leadership Development Program (Wharton Development Program, 2020). Mr. Lujan is a Board member of Pan Peru, USA, and Noe Valley Merchants & Professionals Association.
