Justin Miller

Justin Miller joined Five Star Bank in 2022 as Vice President, Business Development Officer after spending nearly a decade working in the IT industry. Prior to that, Mr. Miller worked for Butte Community Bank as a Customer Service Representative. When the bank was acquired by Rabobank in 2009, he moved into the role of Customer Service Representative, Merchant Teller. His area of expertise is commercial real estate and early-stage start-up lending. Mr. Miller has a deep understanding of how companies work from early ideation to inception to becoming recognized middle-market players. He is a graduate of Chico State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He serves as Chairman of Sierra Nevada Connections, a Chico-based foster care and adoption agency. He is also a member of the Chico Builders Association and the North Valley Property Association.
